S1E7: Yarka Krajickova on why drinking wasn't worth losing time with her family
This week on Stories from my Drinking Days we have Yarka Krajickova who came to the UK from the Czech Republic to work as an au-pair in 2002. She discusses how after her mindful journey with alcohol she has now decided to quit. Now a qualified accountant she lives a fulfilling life in Bristol with her husband to be and their two boys aged four and six. Losing days with them was just too much of a price to pay for a glass of wine, and the inevitable hangover.
